Academic and Non-Academic Guidance
The Digital Business Program at JGU provides comprehensive academic and non-academic guidance to support student success. Academic counseling is facilitated through Academic Advisors (Dosen Pembimbing Akademik or PA), who assist students in course selection, study evaluation, and academic consultations throughout their study period. In addition to academic matters, students receive career guidance and entrepreneurial mentorship through the Career Development Center (CDC). This center actively supports students in exploring career paths, developing professional skills, and engaging in entrepreneurial initiatives within and outside the university.
Scholarship and Financial Aid
To support students from various economic backgrounds, JGU offers a range of scholarship and financial aid programs. These include internal scholarships provided by the university and external scholarships from partner institutions, targeting high-achieving students and those in financial need. Additionally, a tuition fee relief scheme (Keringanan UKT) is available, which takes into account the socio-economic conditions of students, ensuring access to quality education for all.
Student Organizations and Soft Skills Development
Student life is enriched through a variety of student organizations and soft skill development programs. Students are encouraged to join or establish student bodies such as HIMABID (Himpunan Mahasiswa Bisnis Digital) and participate in interest- and talent-based activities. Career Preparation and Internship Support
The program places strong emphasis on career readiness by facilitating internships and independent study opportunities. Through national initiatives like MSIB (Kampus Merdeka), PKL, and direct internship placements with startup companies and industry partners, students gain valuable real-world experience. Furthermore, the Career Development Center organizes job fairs and collaborates with industry partners for job matching, recruitment events, and practical career workshops.
